The 2012 Qingdao Inter-City Music Festival will open August 17 at Qingdao's Golden Beach. Performers including Germany's KMDM, America's Underoath, the Pretty Reckless, Canada's Kittie, and 30 other musicians and groups will be rocking the stage. An interactive audience area will also be set up on the festival grounds.
