On January 9th, 2010 Suzhou Art Exhibition (Oil Painting & Sculpture) opened to the public in Yucun Art Museum. The exhibit features 70 different oil and water colour paintings, as well as 10 sculptures and installations – creations from a total of 89 different artists. There will also be an annual event to select prized creations and honorable mentions of both oil painting and sculpture from 2009 during the exhibition. Sculpture works will remain on exhibit until February 5th.
