The 2009 Hangzhou Shopping Festival will be officially launched on Dec. 5th and will run until Jan. 3rd, 2010. Nearly 30,000 stores and restaurants are participating in the festival, preparing promotional activities in fashion, food and leisure. Shopping malls will be offering discounts and hotels and restaurants will be promoting new dishes, offering discounts and free tastes.
