1000+ Lhasa Households Finally Get Central Heating

On December 5, more than one thousand households in four of Lhasa’s residential areas were given access to central heating for the first time ever. The city is aiming to increase that number to 114 residential areas (or 40,521 total households) by year’s end. Prior to December 5, Lhasa was the only high-altitude region in China without central heating.
