1 . What’s post job ads?
Job posting and online display
A valid employer user can post a limited number of job ads on eChinacities.com. The job ads need to be reviewed and approved by webmaster before being set online. Webmaster will review the job ad within 3 hours after posting during the working hours of normal working days and within 24 hours during holidays and weekends.
User type and job posting
There are two types of users: free user and paid (VIP) user. A free user can post up to 2 job ads throughout the lifespan of the account whilst a paid user can post a number of job ads determined by the membership purchased. A paid user also has the 2 free job ads.
Each job ad is displayed online for one month, the job poster can set the job ad offline when the recruitment is completed.
An agency that recruit on behalf of other institutions or send job seekers to work in other institutions can only post job ads after becoming a paid user.
2 . What’s Hot Job?
a. Hot job is a value-added service to eChinacities paid member, it will effectively increase the visibility of the job ad the recruiter post on the job site.
b. The paid member will set own job ad to ‘Hot job” at the “Online Ads” in the user center. The ad will be displayed in the “Hot Jobs” section on the right side of all job listing pages of the city where the paid member has posted the job ad.
c. Each “hot job” ad will be displayed for 5 days in “Hot Job” section and one deduction will be made to the hot job quota of the paid membership.
3 . What’s Featured Ad?
a. Featured ad displays job ad posted by recruiters in the top section of job listing pages. The ranking of featured ads on job listing pages will not change when other new non-featured ads are posted. The featured ad will greatly enhance the ad visibility to job seekers and increase the number of job applications to the ad.
b. The featured ad can be purchased separately either in All China job pages or in one of the selected city job pages. It can also be purchased as a gold plan and to be listed in both All China job pages and one of the selected city job pages.
c. A paid membership also includes a certain number of featured ads. The paid member can set own job ad as a featured ad in the online ad page of the member account. The ad will then be displayed for 5 days in the featured ad section of the city where the job ad is posted and one deduction will be made the quota of featured ad in the membership.
4 . What’s Invitation for Application?
a. Invitation for application is a value-added service to eChinacities paid member. It allows the paid member to send invitations to candidates who meet the recruiting requirements to apply to the job posted and hence increase the quality of the applicants.
b. The paid member can also send invitations to two groups of candidates: 1) candidates in the resume database who choose to make their contact information invisible to recruiters and accept “invitation only”; 2) auto-matching candidates by system to the job ad posted. In addition, the paid member can send invitations for application to any other candidates in the resume database.
c. The number of invitations for application is determined by the membership purchased and can not be purchased separately. The paid member must have online job ads before sending invitations for application.
5 . What’s Ad Refreshing?
a. Your job ad will be moved upward and displayed to the upper portion of the ad listing page to increase the visibility of the ad when you refresh your job ad.
b. You will send job seekers clear message that the position is still open and therefore can expect more applications from job seekers when you refresh your job ad.
c. Each refresh of job ad is valid for two hours. The ranking of the job ad will drop to where the job ad was before refreshing. Choosing time of the day when refreshing job ad will affect when the job ad is moved to the upper portion of the listing page.
