Guangzhou's Best Hangover Breakfasts

Guangzhou's Best Hangover Breakfasts
By Beth Green , eChinacities.com

Too many pints the night before? Don't worry, Guangzhou offers not only bars and pubs for a good night out, but culinary cures for the morning after. My quick fix is fried rice and won ton soup—something every local diner serves up cheap. But sometimes, nothing can beat a leisurely, greasy breakfast. Here are some places to start:

1) The Happy MonkView In Map
For hung-over Brits and others craving beans for breakfast, the Happy Monk's Full English Breakfast at 88 RMB, or even better yet, the Happy Morning After, will win moans of gratitude. The second meal adds on a Bloody Mary for that hair of the dog.

Over one street, FG Fine Foods' Jianshe 4 Road Branch is a cheerful place to break your fast. Serving warm, eggy breakfast wraps, inspiringly healthy muesli and gorgeous coffees all day, this is a good place to hit if you're feeling like you-know-what. Some portions may seem small to larger appetites.
