1) Mengshanshui Japanese-style BarbecueView In Map
Already a well-known name in Dalian for the past eight years, Mengshanshui (梦山水日式烤肉) is run by a guy who lived in Japan for more than a decade, and knows his stuff. Although the restaurant isn’t too spacious, it’s clean and quiet, and, unlike many restaurants in China, it isn’t filled with cigarette smoke! For the barbecue, customers can choose from a good selection of steaks, which, when cut up and put in vegetable rolls, taste absolutely delicious. Other things worth trying are the cod, lamb chops, eel and salad.
