Thief Walks Around with “I’m a Pick Pocket” Sign Stuck to his Back

February 26, a netizen posted a photo online of a thief stealing from a man’s back pack oblivious to the “I’m a pick pocket” sign that was stuck to his back.

The photos were posted on the Yulin Hong Dou site and attracted a lot of attention from other posters. What most netizens picked up on however, was the fact that the theft was happening directly in front of the local police station.

According to the South China Morning Post, the original poster had always hated thieves and so decided to stick a sign on the man’s back, in order to warn those around him. Too bad he didn’t manage to warn the man who was actually being pick-pocketed at the time.

Yulin Public Security Bureau has since picked up on the story and has promised to investigate.
