At around 02:00 in the morning on October 22 in Shenyang, 10 year-old Xiao Ming (pseudonym) had his right hand chopped off which was then thrown into an electric kettle and boiled. Due to its current condition, the hand cannot be reattached.
At the Fengtian Teacher’s Hospital in Shenyang, Xiao Ming’s condition has been downgraded, allowing him to be transferred to an ordinary patient room.
An unnamed insider said that the perpetrator of the crime is a 30 year-old man who is the boyfriend of the boy's mother; it is suspected that a money dispute instigated this brutal incident.
The suspect is currently in police custody.

i heard when i were in school at small age that Chinese are civilised and humble ,but now a day "getting rich"they forget all manners of life!i feel bad about young boy's hand!
