Travel agents also snatch up a number of flight and train tickets during the Spring Festival travel season for group trips, making it harder for normal people to find tickets.

From what I see, buying train tickets during a holiday is not so easy here. My coworkers queued up on the internet at noon on the ticket sales day hoping to buy a ticket; a good ticket early on, or just buy any ticket after the good seats are gone. It is madness. Maybe the agents make it much easier.
