1) Peking University, Beijing 北京大学
Known commonly inside China as Beida, Peking University is regarded as “the most prestigious college in China,” both domestically and internationally. Beida has also sent more Chinese students abroad for exchange programs than any other university in China. Their science program is considered one of the best in the world. Peking University liberal arts programs are also breeding scholarly students that have been sought after by exchange programs from abroad. (website: http://english.pku.edu.cn/ )

2) Tsinghua University , Beijing 清华大学
Not too long ago, foreigners often confused Tsinghua University with the National Tsing Hua University in Taiwan. But Tsinghua University made their name known by sending numerous Chinese post-graduate students and scholars abroad. The only Chinese university that sends more students abroad is Beida.  (website: http://www.tsinghua.edu.cn/eng/index.jsp )

3) University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei 中国科学技术大学
University of Science and Technology of China doesn't have as many Chinese scholars from their programs in exchange programs abroad as Beida and Tsinghua. But though their scholars are fewer in numbers, they have made great impact as Wall Street management elites and leading pioneers in IT industries.  (website: http://en.ustc.edu.cn/ )
