By Rob Kellaghan , eChinacities.com

“If I were to suddenly become sick, where should I go?” – one of the most important questions an expat in Shanghai will want to know the answer to. Nobody likes a trip to the hospital at the best of times, but in a big city like Shanghai where expats face a considerable language and cultural barrier, knowing which hospital to visit when ill health strikes is crucial. Fortunately, Shanghai is home to a number of high quality international hospitals and medical centers which can adequately meet the health needs of the city’s expat community. Given the spread of expats throughout the city, these hospitals are conveniently located in both Pudong and Puxi, and here we outline which hospitals are rated among the best for Shanghai’s expatriates.

I have been in Shanghai for a couple of Month and I am happy I found a private hospital called Sky Clinic where doctors speak many languages from Spanish to Hindi. Communication in the same language is already difficult, I dont even imagine consulting with a doctor that does not speak the same language as me. The website is http://www.shanghaiskyclinic.com/en
