Brasserie Flo福楼View In Map

With true Parisian décor and exquisite food, Brasserie Flo is one of the most consistently divine restaurants in Beijing.  Alsatian Chef and founder, Jean Paul Bucher, created Brasserie Flo in 1999 as an exact replica of the Brasserie Terminus Nord, which he refurbished in Paris. His vision is still holding strong after 11 years in Beijing with top class service and a menu to match. Chef Bertrand Combe works his culinary genius in the kitchen of Brasserie Flo to bring Beijing dishes like tender confit duck leg, juicy, grilled lamb cutlets, Norwegian Salmon-dill tartare, homemade ravioli stuffed with snail Burgundy style in a fresh, creamy mushroom sauce and the list of excellence continues all the way through the superior desert list, which features one of the best crème brûlée offerings in town. Brasserie Flo provides one of the best bargains for a gourmet lunch in Beijing, with two courses at only 78 RMB.
