Setting up a new factory just to make western cheese that a tiny amount of people want protects the environment lol? Your logic, blame the China for importing food even though every country imports food.

If I could get affordable cheese and butter in China, I'd have no trouble selling western food here, whether it's to rich elite or county locals. Your assumption that nobody wants cheese is yet again fallacious. It's not the people that I complain about, but the underlying motivations for importing. Europe imports spices, chocolate, tobacco and other stuff it can't make itself. China imports foreign foods, preferably of well-known brands, so that locals can posture and gloat about their luxury consumptions. They could easily get products of equal quality within China, but the exclusivity of foreign foods is preferred to set them apart from all those lowly 'local food eaters'. Because the rich have money to burn, no common sense, and fragile egos that require looking down on others to gratify their self-esteem. And even the middle class who can't really aford it are busy copying them. The only exception would be baby milk powder, which given health hazards in China, would be reasonable to import. But this has become yet again another market taken over by elitism and exclusivity, and it makes it difficult for normal families to simply buy food supplements for their babies. Stupefying babymilk adverts have those "too-posh-to-push" cesarian mothers convinced that its better for their babies than breastfeeding, so now people feel access to proper baby nutrition has become elitist. But that's another story, and I wouldn't want to distract from your attempts to prove that I'm being a dumbass racist.
