Dorian Murray, an 8 year old boy from the US who was suffering from cancer, recently passed away. Dorian had hundreds of supporters who helped the young boy fulfill his final wish of becoming famous in China.
Before Dorian passed, Dorian told his father that he wished of all things that he could be famous in China! While it was no easy task, upon hearing his son’s wish, Dorian’s father took to social media, sharing Dorian’s story and encouraging others to show their support with photos and the message “D-Strong”.
Well, news spread fast. Just days later, Dorian’s “#D-Strong” hashtag became the top trending topic on Weibo. The family soon received photos from supporters from all over China, and Dorian was able to see just how famous he had become.
Several photos show supporters at the Great Wall holding signs such as “D-Strong, You’re Famous in China”, “Love Dorian” and “D-Strong 加油”.
One amazing photo shows hundreds of supporters at a beach all working together to spell out “#D-Strong”.
According to Dorian’s social media pages, Dorian passed away on March 8.

That's pretty awesome. I commend the Chinese people that took it upon themselves to make a little boy's last days on the planet... happy ones.
