Smoking to Be Forbidden in all Public Places in Lanzhou at the End of this Year

The General Office of Lanzhou City People’s Government has issued a plan entitled “Lanzhou Smoking-free Environment Implementation Plan” to all its relevant departments. According to the plan, smoking will be strictly forbidden in all public places at the end of this year, including hospitals, schools, workplaces, public transportation and waiting areas.
