“Meltdown” – Exhibition on Rising Temperatures in Tibet Apr 20

Environmental photojournalist Sean Gallagher will be exhibiting his work depicting the issue of rising temperatures in Tibet at the Southern Barbarian in Beijing on April 20.

According to reports, temperatures in Tibet are rising faster than anywhere else in Asia, leading to the melting of glaciers and increasing desertification.

Gallagher spent over a month travelling in Tibet in 2012, documenting the changes people were undergoing in the area. The exhibition will also feature Yunnan snacks and free drinks.
