On July 6th, the project to construct a Lanzhou “Old Street” was officially approved. The street which is slated to have a budget of 4 billion RMB will begin construction by year’s end. When completed, in an estimated four years, the street will resemble building and scenes from the Ming and Qing Dynasties. The project is located in the Matan Area of Qilihe District.
