According to the Lanzhou Railway Bureau, a new service was recently launched for booking train tickets via phone. Passengers can book tickets for all trains within the jurisdiction of the Lanzhou Railway Bureau by calling 9510 5105, and then pick up the tickets from the Lanzhou Railway Station or outlets with a valid ID card. Passengers can order tickets two days earlier via the phone booking service than they can through purchasing tickets at outlets and the railway station.
