A bride gets into the wrong bed on her wedding night? This kind of ridiculous story happened in Guangxi Province!
On October 9, the People’s Court of Napo County, Guangxi Autonomous Region heard the case of a bride who got into the wrong bed on her wedding night to have relations with the best man. Though the bride accused the best man of raping her, the court passed a verdict that absolved the best man of any guilt.
On August 30, newlyweds Wu and Huang held their wedding in which a man named Ruan served as the best man. On the night of the wedding, Ruan stayed at the residence of Wu. Because living conditions are poor in the village, each house only has one shared bathroom to use while doorways are only separated by a curtain and not a door. At around 02:00 in the morning, Huang got up to use the bathroom but went the wrong direction when going back to bed and ended up in Ruan’s bed. Huang used her hand to caress Ruan’s body, and Ruan became sexually stimulated in his dreams. Ruan then turned over and embraced Huang. After the two concluded sexual relations with each other, they both fell into a blissful sleep.
The next day when the first light of day shone into the room, Huang suddenly cried out, “Somebody come quick! I’ve been raped!” Wu and his family immediately rushed to the scene and surrounded Ruan. The family thought that this news could not be made public, and so they ordered Ruan to pay 20,000 RMB in compensation. Ruan denied any wrongdoing and didn’t have the money to pay them.
Huang and her new husband then went to the local police sub-station to file a report. After hurrying to the scene and hearing the details of the case, the police did not consider this to be a case of rape, nor did they think the case had any validity whatsoever. Huang and her husband then took Ruan to court.
After they heard the details of the case during the trial, the court considered that while Ruan was in his own bed sleeping when he and Huang initiated sexual relations, it was Huang’s behavior that was voluntary and made on her own volition; as such, the court ruled that no rape was involved in this case, and so Ms Huang is liable for her own actions in this case. Ruan did not attempt to impersonate Wu in any way. Even though a mistake had been committed, it belongs to the scope of immoral behavior but does not constitute the crime of rape.

What a bunch of stupid people, they probally got the idea from one of those many stupid HK reality tv shows.

Or may be they both were still sleepy... Two friends meet. One says: - "Hi! How are you? Why are you looking so sad?". The other:- "I have just married". - So, you should be very happy now! Or something has gone wrong? - Yes, you see, after our first night of love I wake in the morning, and being still a bit sleepy and following my bachelors habits I put on her bedside table 300 rmb... - Ha-ha-ha...Yes it is awfull...! - No, the worst thing happened later. She, also (still a bit sleepy) returned to my bedside table 200 rmb as change...
