On April 7, Sichuan’s Yanzigou Scenic Area came up with an ingenious advertising idea by placing a transparent “Bubble Room” on Chunxi Lu, which is in the heart of Chengdu’s bustling downtown area.
Tourists can stay in such bubble hotels at Yanzigou, granting them a transparent 360°view of the natural world outside (and not a whole lot of privacy). This transparent take on a hotel features nothing but a sofa, a bed, a wardrobe changing area, as well as tables and chairs.
This publicity stunt caught the eye of many passers-by, as there was an attractive model on display, dwelling in the bubble for two days.
