Well this isn’t doing any good for stereotypes is it? According to The Guardian, more than a million dodgy imported “Be Safe” condoms, which are manufactured by Chinese company Henan Xibei Latex, were seized in Ghana, after reports that the condoms had holes, broke easily, and were too small.

“There will be a lot of unintended pregnancies as a result of this. That means maternal mortality and unsafe abortion,” said Faustina Fynn-Nyame, Director of Marie Stopes International in Ghana. Ghanaian authorities are currently making sure that all condoms are being rounded up.

Uh! Oh! That means the world will have to put up with hundreds more scammers from Ghana in 25 years' time. Send the condoms back to China where they will be resold. Size ok. Abortions allowed. No probs.

Well I don't assume my friend.... who remains nameless. Anonymity is your cloak. http://www.wymoo.com/countries/fraud-zones/ Many criminals operating in Ghana are from Nigeria, and most West Africa nations are high risk countries. (Unquote) But you may be right. It's the Nigerians operating in Ghana. No 1 fraud zone. Nice example being set.
