1 . What’s an expired job ad?
Each job ad posted has a valid period of time. The ad becomes expired at the end of valid period of time.
2 . Can I still receive applications when my job ad is expired?
You can still receive applications if the job ad is expired but remains online. You need to have a paid membership and use its resume downloading feature to view the contact information the resumes received when your job ad is expired.
3 . Where can I find my expired job ads?
Go to Online Ads from your employer account and check (click) "View expired ads", you will see all online expired ads within 6 months of ad expiration. Job seekers can still find these expired yet online job ads through job search.
4 . What’s an offline job ad?
Job seekers can not find the job ad when it is set offline.
5 . How to set a job ad offline?
A job ad can be set offline by one of two ways:
1) offline automatically - When a job ad is expired for 6 months the ad will be set offline automatically.
2) offline manually - job ad poster can choose to set the status of job ad from online to offline whether the job ad is still valid or expired.
The job ad poster can set the job ad offline after having completed the recruitment and does not want to receive more applications.
