Announcement regarding the job ad quality rating!

Dear recruiter, In order to improve the quality of job ads on eChinaJOBs platform and the recruiting result, we will from now on grade each job ad based on 1-5 (from low to high) quality level. The rating will be based on five criteria: job title, job responsibilities, candidate requirement, pay and benefits, recruiter information. The job ad rated as level 1 or 2 will be displayed in a lower ranking position relevant to other job ads. You will receive a message in your user center if your job ad is rated as level 1 or 2 asking you to modify and improve your job ad. You can view the rating of your job ads in your user center. As part of job ad rating, we have modified our job title rule. We will modify your job title if it does not conform to our job title rules. eChinaJOBs team, July 5th, 2017
