    I live in fresno,Ca. Is it possible, to relocate to China. What is the poverty level here? I receive a Va pension, but it is not sufficient, to survive, over here in the States. THX,

    Poverty situation is good. no beggars. No crime. Life not too cheap though. Especially if you wanna live downtown
