A blond foreign woman was photographed pole dancing on late last night on Tianjin Metro Line 2. According to a Weibo post, the woman smiled at her “audience,” and danced around the pole, hanging off of it in different ways. She attracted the attention of many of the passengers in the subway car.
A man named Mr. Zhang said that the incident occurred last night between 21:00 and 22:00. A number of passengers took out their cell phones and took photos or videos of the woman. The woman danced for about eight stations, or 20 minutes.
A subway staff member told the media that dancing like this in a subway car is an easy way to hurt other passengers or yourself. This kind of thing does not happen very often, but there is no specific rule outlawing pole dancing in the subway. The passenger in question was dressed normally and was not stopped when trying to buy a ticket. Passengers dressed in strange costumes that might alarm other passengers are not allowed on trains.

Every day I go to the local grocery store, there is a crazy dancing lady hanging out in the isles. Whenever she sees me, she chases me all over the store and tells me in English and Chinese that she is "waiting for a beautiful tall and slim woman to exchange bodies with". She tried to ram me with a shopping cart last time and I alerted the guards who told me she was a mentally ill person and that everyone knew about her. I suppose this kind of story, with photos and video screen shots, wouldn't make the cut at this website given how it always seems to highlight negativity towards expats. When will we be reading an article regarding laundry soap where an African male was shoved into the washing machine by his girlfriend for being too dirty, only to reappear as a Chinese man of her dreams?

Its a public transport. She should maintain some decorum in public places. If she crashes down the pole and injures herself/public it would be another trouble for all besides the risk of damaging national property!

She was probably drunk, she didn't hurt anyone, didn't stab Chinese girls to death for dating White guys or beat random Foreigners on the street, no big deal... unless the fun police says otherwise of course.

Exactly. People do strange things daily, why is this even news? People water the trees, lawns, hack and spit, smoke where there are signs, and so much more but if we had to make an article for every time someone does an amazing or "strange" thing, this website would run out of bandwidth in a few minutes.
