New Visa Rules to Attract Top Foreign Talent

New Visa Rules to Attract Top Foreign Talent
Jan 27, 2015 By eChinacities.com

China is planning to extend favorable visa policies across several programs, including easier access to work permits and green cards in order to attract more foreign experts to the country.

The new regulations will be similar to the 1,000 Talent Plan which extends subsidies and benefits to top academics. Now, 55 programs from a variety of industries will be able to offer better visa conditions to experts from abroad.

The programs offering the new conditions are spread across 21 provinces in the hopes that foreign talent will diversify the distribution of foreign talent.

However, the government will have to do more to attract and retain foreign talent- pollution and food safety are two main factors which put foreigners off moving to China’s first tier cities and judging by the recent airpocalypse, this isn’t going to change any time soon.

In other words : China is still lack of own talents, despite the efforts in domestic schools, studying abroad, and so on. So, why I always listen about Chinese are best in math, and other BS ... ?

Same reason China has countless 8 years old piano performers yet zero worthy music composer: repeating established patterns is one thing, understanding their logic and going beyond is a whole other matter.

"So, why I always listen about Chinese are best in math, and other BS ... ?" It is true the math they teach at school is substantially tougher than western schools. I tested many a mainlanders myself and can testify that. There is a deeper aspect though --- something to do with history. Because smart slaves (not all are obviously) 1). learn what the master's rules are 2). play and win within the rules. How long has this been the case with china? 5000+ years. Math happens to be a set of rules, law and science being another. It must be emphasized though that because they have this mentality they are adept at finding loopholes within all kinds of systems, e.g. breaking immigration systems using anchor babies, selling their body, using admin. power for corruption...etc. Most of us can see that. Although they aren't creative, intelligent, and civilised enough to invent good systems they are tremendously motivated in discovering loopholes, exploiting them for selfish gains. Bear in mind they have NO concept nor desire for world peace. World peace has NEVER been a teaching throughout their history. They don't teach that in school today either. For the bottom ones who don't have the IQ (and they know it) to find and squirm through loopholes they simply have zero respect for morals or laws. Simply look at them crossing streets, driving, rushing into subway train, how many obey traffic rules? Little things tell a lot! These are the ruthless low lives that you see everywhere in today's china. This terrorist mentality can never be underestimated. When they aren't intelligent enough to build towers they use whatever they have and combine it with tons of jeolousy, greed, evilness to hijack planes and fly into them. This is what china today is doing with the world. The other day a 40 year old mainland woman, a friend's friend, got angry and barked at me when I told her china was unfavorably viewed internationally. She yelled, "Without China there is no me. I love China. One day the whole world will speak Mandarin!" I snapped back, "You are BRAINWASHED by the communist party. NO, you exist with or without China. Practically no one likes chinese these days except mainlanders so it is impossible your dream comes true." She snapped back, "It is only a matter of who the RULER is!' See the ruthless mentality? See how the CCP brainwash them? The CCP replaces their individual ID with a country ID. They condition them with a No-China-No-Me national 'education', manipulation through FEAR of annihilation, non-existence. An insidious, patriot-coated identity death-threat. Their intention is NEVER benevolent. China never has world peace in their culture. They simply don't have this kind of vision. Their 'world' means China. When they want a better 'world' it means they want a better china; very dangerous mentality for a country with no moral values wanting to have a 'better future' when you are a 'laowai' ie NOT part of their future. Go no further in history for examples, plenty of Jews tasted that 'better future' Hitler said he wanted to have, in person! These 'people' en masse is as dangerous as wolves in sheep's skin or terrorists smiling at you as they sign up for flying lessons in your schools....etc. Infiltration. They want top talents from the rest of the world to join them? Why? They view USA as their enemy/competitor and are trying to repeat Americans' success at attracting top notch talents (primarily scientists) worldwide during and after WWII. They want face, what better face can there be than beating US of A? You go scratch a Mercede, not Honda, when you can't afford both! China is malevolent. Those who underestimate their evilness and worse treat them as friends will pay dearly for it. If top notch talents worldwide can see clearly what China is really about, imho many would NEVER set foot on China unless they want to put an end to the human species sooner than expected. For one, the Einstein and Feynman (Richard) I know of would never even consider let alone set foot on China were they ever invited and knew what was behind China's facade :)
