The Zhengzhou Metro Line #1 is set to begin operation on December 26. The subway has a total length of 25.41 km. The starting terminal of the subway is Xiliuhu Station, and the terminus is the City Sports Center Station with a total of 20 stations in all. The starting fare for the subway will be 2 RMB for the first 6 km travelled, 3 RMB for travelling a distance of 6-13 km, 4 RMB for travelling a distance of 13-21 km, and then 5 RMB for travelling any distance over 21 km.
