On Jan 11, the government of Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region signed a cooperation memorandum with the Yunnan branch of China Eastern Airlines, marking the opening of the new Yinchuan-Kunming-Dubai international flight. This is the first genuine international flight to operate from Yinchuan Hedong Airport.
