Effective as of November 26, the “fuel surcharge” in Xiamen taxis has been reduced to 2 RMB. At present, Xiamen taxi flag fall is 8 RMB for the first 3 km, with 2 RMB for each addition km, as well as the aforementioned 2 RMB fuel surcharge fee.
