The Xiamen Fangte Magic Kingdom theme park officially opens on March 18. The theme park covers 400,000 sq. m and features dozens of activities, melding high-tech fun with ancient Chinese culture that should be fun for the whole family. The management expects the theme park to attract nearly 6 million visitors annually.

i'm not particular about the land formation in China, and i'm wondering if Xiamen is in mainland China or in Hong Kong? and if it's in the mainland, how far is it from the capital Beijing?
