The 2014 Taihu Lake Music Festival will take place between October 1 and October 3 in the middle of Ziyingdian Lake Park. At the festival, over 130 musicians from 9 countries will gather, including Luo, Love is Over and Hackberry. Some of the acts are local to the surrounding universities and colleges.
In addition, the festival will also have a 3D light and laser show which will incorporate tourism promotion. The hope is that many tourists will spend the entire three days there exploring the city as well as enjoying the festival.
