A truck driver from Hebei Province was arrested recently for following a girl around and then stabbing her in the bum with an awl (a pointed tool, used for drilling holes in wood).
The 26-year-old suspect surnamed Geng. According to Haidian police, he travelled from Hebei Province on the first day of the Lunar New Year in order to transport some goods.
After he’d completed the delivery, he apparently searched the streets for young girls. He spotted one and followed closely behind her for a while before taking out an awl and stabbing her.
When the victim yelled out and turned around, he quickly turned and walked off.
Police caught Geng by checking CCTV footage of the incident.
Geng confessed that he had previously carried out around 10 similar attacks all around Beijing and these incidents are also being investigated.

First things first: It's "girl's bum" or "girls' bums" not "girl's bum's". Secondly, that's quite a strange fetish. Perhaps his psychological problems are related to being dropped on his head as a child and forced to set off fireworks.
