A Tianjin woman threatened to jump from the roof of a building if her boyfriend did not show up and get down on his knees and apologize to her.
Police responded to a call last Tuesday evening that a 20 year old woman was threatening to jump off the roof of a high-rise apartment building in a complex on Tianjin’s Weijin Road.
At the scene, police and firefighters tried to talk the woman down for more than an hour. She refused to come down until her boyfriend arrived and apologized. She did not let the police and firefighters come near her. Her boyfriend rushed to the scene but was not able to persuade her to come down.
When the woman had been on the roof for more than three hours, she started to tire. She accidentally slipped and fell over the edge. Luckily, the firefighters were prepared and caught her safely.
The woman was sentenced to 5 days administrative detention for disturbing public order.

Unifortunately, I've seen this many times before - single princesses who are spoilt by mummy and daddy. They grow up without the ability to share, resolve conflicts or emphasise with others because they got what they wanted all the time. They're put under relentless pressure to get top marks in school and marry in a short timeframe. They're not encouraged to seek their own independance because they're told that their primary duty in life is to take care of mum and dad. Is it any wonder we see so many women with warped values and (in some cases) mental disorders who can't even overcome simple everyday problems without their parents. This guy should run far, far, far away and never look back.

She tired after only 3 hours? And ended up slipping? They should have let her drop, too many people in the world. Idiots willing to risk their lives and the lives of others just to get attention are a waste of oxygen.

Should actually send her to a mental health clinic and not release her after 5 day whatever that is where they teach her to dance her name
