 Temperatures to Drop Across the Country as Cold Front Approaches

According to the Central Meteorological Observatory, temperatures are set to drop dramatically across the country as a cold front approaches.

The peak cold times will fall from December 14-16 and December 20-21. Most regions will experience a drop in temperature of at least 1-3 degrees.

In the next couple of days, most of Inner Mongolia, North and North East China and many regions in the south will see temperature drops of 4-6 degrees, with central parts of Dongbei experiencing temperature drops of 8-12 degrees.

Meanwhile, Northern China, the North West and the Huanghuai River region will experience 5-6 grade northerly winds and the Jianghe Lake region and eastern and southern coastal regions will experience gale force winds reaching up to 9-10 on the scale.
