Shanghai civil servants’ new encrypted phones are the Coolpad S6, China’s leading securely encrypted 4G mobile phone, at a retail price of 1990 RMB.

Coolpad has announced another phone of higher quality, at 3980 RMB, which is aimed at business men and corporate owners.
