Scottish independent music label The Fence Collective is bringing a host of artists to Urumqi's Lienong Bar (烈浓酒吧) on Oct 11. Performers include King Creosote, FOUND, Lo-fi, The Pictish Trail and On The Fly. The performance is part of The Fence Collective's "Silk Road" tour, designed to let Scottish musicians rub elbows and collaborate with local artists in ancient cities along the silken trail of yore.
