A Japanese man in Zhuhai is trying to take the title of ‘China’s Next Top Disgusting Creep’ from these guys, and this guy.
Perverts are becoming more and more technologically advanced to the chagrin of women everywhere who are trying to go about their daily lives, without the fear of being secretly filmed by weirdoes with peep show fetishes.
The not-so-smooth operator was caught when a female employee of a book store noticed that he was standing unnecessarily close to her and trying to move his foot in between her legs. She suspected immediately what he was up to and alerted her colleagues who called the police.
The police found that the man had taped his phone camera side up into his sandals and was using it to surreptitiously film up women’s dresses. After further investigation, the police discovered that he was Japanese and was in Zhuhai for work. He was later sentenced to five days detention.
Police have warned women to be extra alert and to call 110 immediately if they encounter any suspicious behavior. This is a step up from last year, when Beijing police told women to stop wearing short skirts and sitting on the upper levels of buses because protecting women from harassers is too difficult.

99 percent of hotels provide girls in china.Who are the owners ,who are the most users of these services? Of course chinese, why dont you write some articles about sick chinese who are using and abusing young girls? It really doesnt make sense to bring this topic to whites.

yes, only whitey is to blame for that. it wouldn't by any chance be that … western newsmedia reports on events impartially and honestly? i don't see british news getting all giddy when a foreigner misbehaves, or place emphasis on the nationality of a German pervert, just because of an exaggerated grudge from a war long before we were born. there are no instances of chinese teachers sleeping with underaged pupils.

ofcourse, if you go to the "terrorist" countries....hahahha i mean the moslem countries, im sorry to say that to all the moslem friends, it was a sarcastic joke, i really appreciate and respect you guys. where women cover up, you dont find rape cases or sexual abuse. I have spent time in malaysia and qatar for work, and one thing i noticed, those girls in their hijabis look beautiful, as a matter of fact, i was talking to a moslem friend on the topic and asked her that you would feel like in a cage, it must be hot. where she replied, infact no, once you cover up people automatically start respecting you as a lady. and their concentration is on your face and not other parts of the body. And then i realized, that it is true. One couldnt think dirty if i was wearing that.
