Nov 25, 2014 By eChinacities.com

Four ministries issued a confirmation on November 24 that restrictions on Internet cafes will be listed: the Ministry of Culture, Business Administration, the Ministry of Public Security, and the Ministry of Industry.

This starts with the lay out, as restrictions on the numbers of computers and the minimum space required will all be lifted. Computers and their desks will no longer have to be in a space of a minimum of 2 meters squared, and the entire establishment no longer will have to be a minimum of 20 square meters.
