High-speed rail travel is now available between Hefei and Bengbu, connecting Hefei, Hefei Beicheng, Shuijia Hu, Huainan Dong, Bengbu Nan, and Bengbu stations as of October 16. In connection with the Shanghai-Beijing high-speed rail line, the new line cuts total travel time from Hefei to Beijing down to just under 4 hours.
Getting there: take bus No. 129, 159, 504, 682, 705, 滨湖专线 to Hefei Railway Station (火车站)
