More Trains Added from Lhasa for Summer from Jul 1

From July 1, Lhasa Railway Station will undergo changes regarding some of its routes in preparation for the summer tourist rush. Following on from the addition of one more stop on the K9812 Lhasa to Xining route, there will also be another stop (Chenzhou) added on to T266 Lhasa to Guangzhou train route.

Also, the K9816 Lhasa to Xining train will see an additional eight trains temporarily added to the route, which will be in operation on June 29 and July 2, 5, 6, 8, 9, 11, and 12. Each train will depart from 9:10 from Lhasa and will arrive in Xining at 8:15 the next day, with the journey time being 23 hours and five minutes.
