Midi festival 2014 returns to Beijing May 1-3

May 1-3 is a busy week for festival goers as Haidian offers up its own festival to rival Tongzhou’s Strawberry Festival. Midi will be more rock heavy than its Tongzhou counterpart, but will still offer a great selection of international and local bands including Nova Heart, Randy Abel Stable, Cold Cave, The Ordeal, Shut up! Shut Down!, and The Agency from France.

How much: 120RMB for a day pass 300RMB for the weekend
Getting there: Take Line 4 to Beigongmen station (北宫门) then Bus No 346 to Nananhedong station (南安河东)
