Annunzio Paolo Mantovani’s famed orchestra will perform at the Nanjing Culture and Art Center on December 31. A “light orchestra-styled entertainer”, Mantovani established the orchestra in 1935. The orchestra is known for performing classical works in a more modern “pop” paradigm, emphasizing melody and shorter song length.
