Man Found Driving Go-Kart on Beijing’s Fourth Ring Road
Mar 25, 2014 By eChinacities.com

At 19:00 on March 20 motorists in Beijing got quite a shock when they found themselves driving alongside a man in a go-kart, on the fourth ring road. The kart could only go 40 km/h at its fastest, which made for quite a dangerous situation. Also, being so low to the ground, made it quite difficult for other drivers to see him in the dark.

The police later released a statement, saying that this kind of activity is prohibited and dangerous to all parties. The dangers are understandable, but just as the guy with the lambor-mini, it must have been rather enjoyable going that fast in such a small vessel.

"The kart could only go 40 km/h at its fastest, " Was that before, or after, using a mushroom speed boost?

This is very interesting, especially if he was a grown man. Some might think he was looking for a little attention. People should me more careful, especially in the night. I commend the writer for getting a name suitable for this mini scenario.... the Lambor-mini, very catchy.
