Kunming Public Bus System
Bus fares within Kunming City Proper are set at 1 RMB for adults, and children less than 1.2 meters tall travel free. A number of buses announce up-coming stops and landmarks in both Chinese and English. In general, buses start running between 6:00 and 6:30, and end between 10:00 and 10:30. The A1 Public tourism line is 2 RMB a ticket and goes to Kunming’s most famous sites. These sites include: the World Expo Center, Kunming City Museum (at Cha Jie Block), Golden Horse (Jinma) Square, Yunnan Nationalities Villages (Yunnan Nationalities Museum) and more.
