Vienna’s Johann Strauss Orchestra will perform a special New Year’s Concert at the Dalian Development Area Grand Theatre on Dec 24. The orchestra is well known for its unorthodox frivolity, and for joking around with the audience. This performance will be lead by master violinist and conductor Tibor Schutz.
