Hefei’s Foreign Law Enforcement Officers Draw Crowds of Onlookers

On the afternoon of July 14, on Hefei’s Second North Ring Road, foreign law enforcement officer Prince – an African exchange student – directed cars in broken Chinese. He was working that day with other exchange students: Javad from Afghanistan and Qin Bo from South Africa. The exchange students volunteer as Luyang District city supervisors, working on Xinghuacun Jiedao (杏花村街道). They work with local officers on the city streets and often encounter large crowds of curious onlookers.
