Huaihe Lu Cultural and Commercial Pedestrian Street 淮河路文化商业步行街
A number of large department stores and shopping centers are found along this attractive street that is flanked with a number of lifelike sculptures. The east end of the street is home to some interesting historical sites, such as the ancient military drilling grounds and the Lion Bridge. There are also a number of restaurants on Huaihe Lu, including the city’s only Pizza Hut.

Located in Old Hefei, this commercial street is the original commercial center of Anhui Province. Today, there are a number of old and new shops selling a variety of things from computers and peripherals to groceries. Carrefour can also be found along here.

One of the most popular shopping streets in Hefei, shops along here sell a range of clothing, accessories and ornaments for women. Bargaining here is a good idea.
