Mar 13, 2013 By eChinacities.com

Boats transporting passengers across Harbin’s Songhua River are set to begin operations in mid-April. The first boat to open will run from Daowaibei Qidaojie to Sun Island, making several stops along the way. Each trip will cost 2 RMB and can be paid for using the city’s IC transport cards. In May, another boat will open, taking passengers from the city to the wetland scenic area.
