China's largest Qing Dynasty culture theme park, New Yuanming Palace, opens to the public for free starting from October 17. However, the admittance fee to the dance performance still applies. To enter the site, visitors must still obtain a (free) ticket from the ticket window and visitors who enter after 18:00 will have to pay the 50 RMB admittance.

New Yuanming Palace is a 4A attraction in Zhuhai and is a replica of the Old Summer Palace in Beijing. Built as a reminder of the glory and the bitter history of ancient China, the park is perfect for scenic strolls and brushing up on the history of the Qing Dynasty.

Getting there: take bus No. 1, 13, 25, 40, 60, 62, 69 to Yuanming Xinyuan stop (圆明新园站)
